I am currently transcribing the Indentures, which is hard work. I have inserted some of them below. It makes for easier reading but all the papers are written in the Olde English style and I have done my best. The number 3799 is for my ref:

The Therein and hereinbefore mentioned sum of £140** and the interest thereof and also for indemnifying ____ against the consequences of such 2 guarantee so entered into by him in respect of the said sum of £7,000 as therein and hereinbefore mentioned and also for securing the repayment to the 3 said John Gladstone of the several sums of £1000 £100 and £1000 covenanted to be advanced by him to the said Henry Percy Hamer 4 so therein mentioned the said John Gladstone covenanted with the said William Attwick Hamer and Henry Percy Hamer their executive administrator or assigns that he the said John Gladstone5 his executors administrators or assigns would so long as he or they should continue to be the consignee or consignees of the crops and produce of the said Plantations and premises on or6 before the first day of July in every year render unto the said William Attwick Hamer and Henry Percy Hamer or one of them their or one of their executors administrators or assigns a
